Refund policy

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at sales@kormex.be with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA).

Please note the following conditions for returns:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in sealable condition.
  
  
• The cost of the return is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Kormex.
  
  
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned products.
