Are your supplements natural
We strive to offer supplements that are based as much as possible on natural and high-quality ingredients, without unnecessary additives.
That's why our supplements are:
Vegan – completely plant-based and free from animal ingredients
Sugar-free – no added sugars
Gluten-free – suitable for people with gluten intolerance
Allergen-free – free from common allergens
By "natural" we mean that, where possible, we choose ingredients that come from nature, such as plants and minerals. At the same time, we work with purified and controlled forms of nutrients to guarantee consistent quality and safe dosage.
This ensures that you get a product that is not only natural, but also:
Correctly dosed
Consistent in quality
Well absorbed by the body
Can I rely on good quality
The quality of our Syl supplements is paramount. We work exclusively with carefully selected ingredients and reliable production partners to ensure that you receive a safe and effective product.
Our supplements are produced according to strict European standards and regulations (EU). This means they meet high requirements in terms of:
✅ safety
✅ purity
✅ ingredient quality
✅ correct dosage
Within the European Union, food supplements are strictly controlled, ensuring that products are safe for consumption and comply with legal requirements.
All our supplements have a NUTS number (notification number). This is an official registration number confirming that the product has been correctly notified to the competent authorities.
This means that:
✅ the product is legally registered
✅ its composition has been checked
✅ it complies with strict EU rules regarding safety and dosage
How quickly do supplements work
The speed at which supplements take effect varies greatly depending on the type of supplement, your body, and your lifestyle.
You will start to feel a noticeable difference after consistent use for several days to weeks.
Your body needs time to replenish any deficiencies and build up a stable level.
Quick results don't always mean a supplement is better. Many products that genuinely contribute to your health actually work in the long term and need time to take effect.
Who should be extra careful when taking supplements
Certain groups need to be extra careful with supplements:
Pregnant or breastfeeding women
People with a medical condition
People taking medication
Children
For these groups, professional advice is strongly recommended before using supplements.
Do I really need supplements
Supplements are intended to complement a healthy and varied diet. In an ideal situation, you would get all your nutrients from your food, but in practice, that's not always possible. Factors such as stress, a busy lifestyle, or a monotonous diet can lead to deficiencies.
Supplements can then help to optimally support your body. However, they are not a substitute for healthy food, but rather a complement to it.
Why no Vitamin C in Syl Vegan
Vitamin B12 is very important in the Syl Vegan and must be present in high concentrations because this vitamin only comes from animal material. This already takes up some space in the capsule. The same applies to omega 3 from algae. If we want to add Vitamin C, we must reduce another ingredient or remove it from the formula; otherwise, we would have to take a capsule size that is too large to swallow. However, it is true that Vitamin C has the property of increasing iron absorption. We use Iron Bisglycinate in our formulas. This is generally described as the best absorbable form of iron. This really makes a difference.
How much should I take
The correct dosage is always stated on our packaging. This dosage is based on scientific research and official guidelines.
It is important to respect this recommended dosage, unless a doctor or specialist advises you otherwise.
Can I combine supplements with medicines
Not always. Some supplements can enhance or reduce the effects of medicines.
Are you taking medication? Then it is important to first ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
